2: Getting from Design to Organise

The second level of the framework is about planning and organizing. It shows how to get investors, how to set goals and how to organize. I call this the business level of the start-up. I know that others prefer a more organic way of growing and organizing, I like to see a more planned way of working. This shows to me if you are able to think, define and plan your ambitions.
