3C: Getting new leads and driving sales
There are many ways of generating leads and driving sales. In my working experience, I have executed many lead generation campaigns and developed numerous sales funnel strategies. Often, they were successful, other times they were a disappointment and didn’t reach the intended goal. Suggesting I know the best items per element would therefore not be useful.
Continuously generating leads
An obvious one but also a difficult one is to generate leads automatically and continuously. How do you organize your lead generating campaigns and how are they improving over time? And how do you create an increasing number of leads? A continuous lead generating ‘engine’ is essential to realize a higher level of lead generation each month.
Sales dashboard
It is essential to have a perfect sales dashboard to follow the qualified leads and the process to the actual sale. Each step of the sales process has to be followed and steered. And if needed, all leads are nurtured and improved during their ‘existence’. How to keep track of this complex process is essential and often neglected.
Communication
I like to see an interactive customer journey during the lead and sales process as well. For me, the lead is a first step for the customer so all communication and touchpoints must be in place. I like a seamless customer process — from the first contact to the first contract and first experience.
